Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan bagian dari educational design research mengenai e-module berbasis Guided Discovery Learning (GDL) pada topik hidrolisis garam. E-module telah diuji validitas dan praktikalitasnya. Penelitian quasi-eksperimental dengan desain control-group pretest-posttest dilakukan pada siswa kelas XI di SMAN 14 Padang. Analisis menggunakan uji N-gain dan uji t. Hasil menunjukkan HOTS siswa di kelas eksperimen (0,64) lebih tinggi daripada kelas kontrol (0,55). Uji t menunjukkan signifikansi < 0,05. Disimpulkan bahwa e-module berbasis GDL efektif meningkatkan HOTS siswa SMA pada materi hidrolisis garam.
