Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan penerapan Lesson Study for Learning Community (LSLC) dan kompetensi pedagogik mahasiswa Pendidikan Kimia. Dilaksanakan pada mata kuliah Microteaching di Departemen Kimia, FMIPA Universitas Negeri Padang. LSLC dilakukan melalui siklus plan–do–see. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan kompetensi pedagogik mahasiswa dalam menerapkan model Guided Inquiry Learning. Peningkatan terlihat dari kategori “baik” hingga “sangat baik”, seiring meningkatnya aktivitas refleksi dan perencanaan sesuai siklus LSLC. Disimpulkan bahwa LSLC sangat direkomendasikan untuk diterapkan baik di sekolah maupun perguruan tinggi.
