Abstract

This research is motivated by the need for evaluation of Industrial Field Experience program which is in academic community of Lahat country. This study covers program needs, implementation readiness and benefits from industry field experience programs. This research is included in the type of evaluation research. This research data is obtained through questionnaire given to the students and lecturers/ instructor supervisor after the industrial field experience is done. The research data obtained using questionnaire, observation and documentation. There are four variables in this study. The first is the context variable that addresses the needs of the student industry field experience program. The second is the variable This input discusses the readiness of lecturers / instructors and students in the field of industrial experience. The third is Process variables include participation and quality of industrial field experience experience. The four variables This product discusses the achievement of the objectives and benefits of the implementation of the industry field experience program. The result of data analysis about contect evaluation when viewed from the average of each respondent produce: according to lecturers/instructor supervisor is good and according to student less good. The result of data analysis about input evaluation (input) when viewed from the average of each respondent produces: according to lecturers/instructor mentor is good and according to student good. Based on the results of questionnaires to respondents this result indicated that the input in the program is good. Preparations undertaken by Lahat country community college are well planned, but still need to be improved on the technical implementation. The result of data analysis about process evaluation when viewed from the average of each respondent produce: according to lecturers/instructor mentor is good and according to student good.
