Abstract
The purpose of this study were (1) analyze the effect of People and Experiential Marketing to Customer Satisfaction. (2) analyze the effect of Customer Satisfaction on the Word of Mouth's customers in the city of Padang. This study was causative and samples in this study were Amoole Distro’s customers who've made a purchase more than one occasion with making a cluster random sampling with a total of 200 customer satisfaction, data analysis used were path analysis and hypothesis testing using t Test Analysis and F Test analysis.
The results showed (1) People have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. (2) Experiential Marketing significant effect on Customer Satisfaction (3) Customer Satisfaction Influential significantly to the occurrence of Word of Mouth Customer. Based on the results of research that has been done, it is suggested that the company can continue to develop and improve its services and establish a good relationship with the consumer so that it can occur word of mouth customers who are believed to consumers so as to persuade and encourage consumers to participate in distributions Amoole make purchases.
