Abstract

Increased competence to do so that every member of the profession reach a professional level. While the definition of supervisor competency is the ability of supervisors (supervisors and principals) in program planning, implementation and follow up the results of supervision carried out. "peer group" supervision is one way that effective to improve the competence of supervisors. There are six stages to go through the participants in the "peer group" of this supervision, namely casting, presentation case, the key question, choose the technical and problem-solving strategies, discussion of any alternative measures, and conclusion. Through a "peer group" supervision lot of benefits for the participants as well as for the organization of peer group education department.
