Abstract

Physics learning in the R-SMA-BI required learning material in English and base on ICT. The fact shows that, the learning material in English and base on ICT were still limited. An alternative solution to solve this problem was implementation the interactive student worksheet on Physics learning. The purposes of this research were to know the students learning outcomes and the achievement of minimum mastery criteria, and to investigate the influence of interactive student worksheet in English on Physics learning toward learning outcomes of R-SMA-BI student Grade X in SMAN 10 Padang. Type of this research was Quasi Experiment with Randomized Control Group Only Design. The population of research was all students in grade X in the SMAN 10 Padang that enrolled in the academic year 2010/2011. The research samples were determined through purposive sampling technique. Through this technique was obtained grade X1 as experimental class and grade X2 as control class. The data collection instruments were written test for cognitive domain and observation sheet for affective and psychomotor domain. The data analysis techniques that used for cognitive, affective, and psychomotor domain were descriptive statistical analysis, normality and homogeneity test, and compare mean test. Base on data analysis, it could be stated two results of this research. First, the average value of physics students on cognitive, affective, and psychomotor domain that use of interactive student worksheet in English on Physics learning respectively 80.31, 86.25, 89.76. Second, the implementation of interactive student worksheet in English on Physics learning has given a significant influence toward learning outcomes of students for cognitive, affective, and psychomotor domain.
