Pengembangan Website Pembelajaran Berbasis Localhost pada Mata Pelajaran Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi Kelas IX SMP N 1 IV Koto Aur Malintang

The Frontier, Outermost and Disadvantaged area were (3T) having difficulties in
conecting to the internet. For example, junior high schools at IV Koto Aur Malintang was
difficult to access the internet to obtain information where on the learning implementation
they cannot access the internet. Therefore, it was needed the localhost based learning
website development, so that students can access the internet as if without being
connected to the internet. The objective of this development was to find the valid,
practical and effective learning website based localhost.
The development of website based Localhost addopts model that was commonly
use was 4D include Define, Design, Develop and Dissemination. Start with needs
analysis, designing and then website based localhost was developed and analyzed website
that was developed. The result of website based localhost was tested the validity by seven
experts who confirm the validity of the website and test the practicalities and
effectiveness by students as the users a website learning.
There for, website based localhost that was developed as valid learning website,
practical and effective in increasing student participation in the subjects of Information
and Communication Technology (ICT). The learning website based localhost that was
developed can be applied to other learning situations with consideration of school
facilities that do not have a local network such as the internet 3T and teaching materials
that will be taught. Then, it was suggested to other researchers in order to develop a
website based on the localhost in a larger scale.
