Abstract
Erix Al Paisal. 2021. Improving Writing Skills using Three-line Book Media for Children with Learning Difficulty in Class III at SDN 07 Binuang Kampung Dalam Padang. Thesis. Faculty of Science Education. Padang State University. Writing is a verbal language communication that uses writing as an intermediary medium. Not everyone has good writing skills, including dysgraphia children. Children with dysgraphia experience obstacles in expressing ideas and ideas in making letters and symbols, therefore to improve children's writing skills, an appropriate teaching media is needed, one of which is a three-lined book. Three-lined book media is presented with colored lines that help children in writing. This study uses an experimental research in the form of Single Subject Research (SSR) with an A-B-A design. The subject in this study was one dysgraphia child in class III at SDN 07 Binuang Kampung Dalam Padang. Data collection techniques in this study are in the form of tests and documentation studies. The data analysis technique used is visual analysis of the graph. The results showed that the skill of writing simple sentences increased after using the three-lined book media in dysgraphia children. It is proven by the improvement of simple sentence writing skills from the baseline condition to the condition after being given the intervention.
