Abstract
This study aims to produce instructional media in the form of interactive modules that are valid, practical and effective for learning Information and Communication Technology (ICT). The research is motivated from observations and interviews with authors ICT teacher in junior high I shadow the South Coast. Learning ICT in schools can not be done one time to learn but need to be repeated by students, so that the material of learning that can be mastered by students. In addition to teaching knowledge of computers in schools, ICT learning also requires students to be proficient in using computers. In general the number of computers in schools is still limited, this has resulted in students is difficult to repeat and understand the learning undertaken. This type of research is the development of research using the model of IDI (Instructional Development Institute). This model was developed through four phases, namely requirements analysis, pendisainan, evaluation, and revision. To see whether this interactive module is valid, practical and effective, researchers conducted a test expert, one-to-one/perorangan evaluation, small group evaluation, and field tests with a view of learning activities and student learning outcomes. The prototype was validated by two experts, experts validate the constructs and content of interactive modules. Experts composed of professors of Technology Postgraduate Education UNP and one person is a teacher of ICT practitioners SMPN I shadow the South Coast. Interactive module is tested on 27 people a class VIII student SMP I Bayang South Coast praktikalitas to know the level and effectiveness. Praktikalitas interactive data modules obtained from the questionnaire practicality of interactive modules by teachers and questionnaires practicality of interactive modules by the students. Effectiveness data obtained from observation of the activities of students and teachers for learning and student learning outcomes. The results showed that the interactive modules on aspects of the display is very valid (86%), aspects of the material is very valid (100%), aspects of the presentation is very valid (93%) as well as aspects of language and legibility suadah highly valid (96%). Interactive module of the facet praktikalitas show that praktikalitas by teachers is very practical (86%) and praktikalitas by students in general have very practical (97%). Interactive module effectively enhance students' learning outcomes where students get very good value 88.9%, both 7.4% and 3.7% is good enough.
