Abstract

This study aimed to obtain, analyze, and describe the data of discipline application and implementation of school counselor duty toward students learning outcomes in SMAN Pesisir Selatan District. Design of this research was quantitative description by using correlational approach. The population were all of the students of in SMAN Pesisir Selatan District. Samples of the research were 266 students, those were taken by cluster proportional stratified random sampling technique. The instrumentation was questionnaire and the data was analyzed by using descriptive analysis and inferential analysis. The results of research showed that; (1) the correlation is significant between the discipline application toward students learning outcomes that is coefficient correlation (r) was 0.44,7 (2) the correlation is significant between implementation of school counselor duty toward students learning outcomes that is coefficient correlation (r) was 0.352, and (3) the correlation is significant between discipline application and implementation school counselor duty toward students learning outcomes that is coefficient correlation (R) was 0.485.
