Abstract

Background of this research is the low of teacher’s job motivation of Vocational School. Teacher’s job motivation represent one of the factor influencing work productivity. Pursuant to survey and observe of writer in the field, it’s seen still lower teacher’s ob motivation. This matter affect to work productivity to have an effect on to quality of school. This phenomenon is anticipated closely related with factor the leadership of headmaster transformational, and the organizational environment of school. This research aim to express contribution the leadership of headmaster transformational and the organizational environment of school to the teacher’s job motivation. Hypothesis which in raising in this research are : 1) There are contribution of leadership of headmaster transformational to the teacher’s job motivation of Vocational School at regency of Pesisir Selatan. 2)There are organizational environment of school of Vocational School to the teacher’s job motivation at regency of Pesisir Selatan. 3) There are leadership of headmaster transformational and organizational environment of school of Vocational School at regency of Pesisir Selatan. This research population are teacher of Vocational School at regency of Pesisir Selatan, intake of sampling done by using technique of stratified sampling random proportional. Data collected with quiz which have been tested validity and reality and analyzed with technique analyze correlation and regression. The result of data analysis that 1) The leadership of headmaster transformational has contribution to the teacher’s job motivation equal to 22.20 %. 2) The organizational environment of school has contribution to the teacher’s job motivation equal to 9.60 %. 3) The leadership of headmaster transformational, and the organizational environment of school have contribution to the teacher’s job motivation equal to 30.30 %. From result of above mentioned analysis hence obtained information that the teacher’s job motivation of Vocational School at regency of Pesisir Selatan still require to continue to be improved either through function the leadership of headmaster and also improvement of organizational environment of school have contribution to the teacher’s job motivation, beside other factor which is not in this research.
