The Attitude of Teacher in the First Class IB in Educating the Student in SDN 02 Koto Tangah Tilatang Kamang District

Education that will doing in the school is the aim of the cognitive and the skill of students, mean a while the personality is forgetting. The aim of the this research, for description of the attitude of teacher in the IB class SDN 02 Koto Tangah in educating their students and the students perception in I B class about the attitude of teacher in educating the students. This research is using qualitative approach with the technique of data collecting is observation, interview, and study documentation. The information of this research is the teacher in I B class as a key of informer, the headmaster, teacher, the school supervisor and the students in I B class. The guaranty technique for data valid is doing with using to make doing the follower and diligently observer, triangulation, mean a while the data analysis is used and suitable with using Miles and Huberman pattern, it consist of three way activities they are data reduction, the data presentation, and data verification. Based on this research, the attitude of the teacher in I B class in SDN 02 Koto Tangah it seem the good attitude that can be sample by her students, like discipline, patient and diligent and be love, responsible and give reward to her students. The communication the teacher with students is happen well and also communicate with headmaster and the other staff in the school. The factors that shape the attitude of teachers in educating students is hereditary, personal experience, and the environment.
