Abstract

This industrial experience (PLI) is one of the requirements for students D3- civil engineering UNP in complete college. Authors conducted this industrial experience in Batang Anai Irigation Sub-Project.

Duration of PLI authors pay attention and find some interesting things one of which will be made into the case studies contained in the final project (PA) authors. Interesting findings that will be adopted into the case study: “Analysis of loss energy for concrete slab in primary canal”.

Change of cannal shape a trapezoidal resulted in the loss energy in the flow. Energy loss in the Concrete Slab bassed on planning Batang Anai Irigation Project., then the chamfer NS13-NS15 to the loss of energy: 0,1577m. The author tries to recalculate ased on the calculation of control stabilitan planning based on economic dimention NS13-NS15 :0,1350m. After the re-calculation turned out to compare the loss of energy is larger than the calculation of project planning, but in the terms of cost can be more economical. Loss
