Abstract

This study discusses the ability of Japanese Education students 2016 of
University of Padang in use josuushi nichi and hon. The purpose of this study is for
describing the ability of Japanese Language Education students 2016 of University of
Padang in modifying use josuushi nichi and hon. This research is a quantitative study
using descriptive methods. The subjects are 30 students of Japanese Education
Students in 2016 . Sample is collected by total sampling technique. Data of this
research is the score of students test in use josuushi nichi and hon. The research
instrument of this study is the objective and description for testing the ability in
interpreting and writing of josuushi nichi and hon based on indicator. Based on the
results of research, there are some point were collected. First, the level ability of
Japanese Education student 2016 of UNP in use use josuushi nichi and hon is more
than enough categories with average value calculated in 74. Second, the ability of
Japanese Education student 2016 of UNP to interpret josuushi nichi and hon is more
than enough with the average value calculated 72. Third, the ability of Japanese
Education student 2016 of UNP to write josuushi nichi and hon is more than enough
categories with the average value calculated in 75
