Abstract

Field Industries (PLI) is one of the requirements for student-D3 in Civil
Engineering UNP complete college. Author conducted in Industrial Field Development
Project Fly Over Jalan Sudirman-Jalan Tuanku Tambusai Pekanbaru.
During the PLI authors consider a job in the field and found some interesting
things one of which changes in the quality of concrete girder Development U Fly Over
Jalan Sudirman-Jalan Tuanku Tambusai namely from K-600 to K-700 so as to make its
own weight of the girder increases. Looking at these problems, the writer took the title "U
girder Redesign".
On Development Projects Fly Over Jalan Sudirman-Jalan Tuanku Tambusai use
of prestressed concrete girder with a high specification girder 1.8 m girder spacing 2.65,
Prestress concrete quality and the quality of K-700 K-350 concrete plates. The initial
phase of the redesign of U girder at the middle span girder that is seeking its own weight,
dead load srtuktur above, the additional dead load, traffic load, the brake force, force
wind and earthquake loads. After each load on the gain, followed by looking for moments
and shear forces on the girder. Then look for prestress force, eccentricity, and the number
of tendons.
From the analysis above, the obtained amount of tendon 9, using 20 strands for
each tendon. Strands types of uncoated 7-wire super strands ASTM A-416 9 of which
have initial prestressing force of 26825.85 kN. Total prestress loss of 25.71%, thus
remaining effective voltage 11587.17 kN. Effective voltage is used 70% of the initial
prestressing force of 14939.92 kN. The number of cross bar used for bursting force on the
tendon 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9, as much as 5 with reinforcement D13-100 m.Shear
reinforcement obtained on the three segments, where the segment-1 range from 0 to 5.4
m is used D13-100, the segment-2 range from 5.4 to 10.7 m used cross bar and the D13-
200-3 range of 10 segments, 7 to 21.4 m is used stirrups D13-250
The results obtained from the calculation approach of the data in the field, which
distinguishes the cross bar spacing and number of strands. This is due to differences in
analysis using the software and manuals.
