Abstract
Physics learning in R-SMA-BI requires learning sources in English based on ICT. In fact, the learning sources in English based on ICT in Physics learning process are still limited. An alternative solution to solve this problem is developing the student worksheet in English for e-learning implementation. It is expected that, the using of student worksheet can make learning process more attractive, help the students understand the Physics material in English, and help the teacher apply standard of process. The objectives of this research were to produce a high validity and a good description of student worksheet, a practice, and effective of student worksheet in Physics learning on R-SMA-BI students. The type of research was Research and Development (R&D). Research model used was Plomp research model. There were three kinds object of this research, those were student worksheet in English, e-learning system developed with the web enhanced learning, and 30 students in grade X.2 of Senior High School 1 Padang. There were three instruments used to collect of data: the validation sheet, practicability sheet, and learning outcome sheet of cognitive domain. Base on the data analysis that had been done, it could present three research results. First, the design of interactive student worksheet produced has valid with an average value of 78,95. Second, the description of the student worksheet product was good categories. Third, the implementation student worksheet in Physics learning process based on KTSP were practice indicated by the average value of Physics teachers responses in R-SMA-BI were 91,81 and the average value of the observation of learning process was 82,87. The student worksheet also was effective in implementing Physics learning on grade X of Senior High School 1 Padang that was indicated by increasing of significant learning outcome cognitive domain.
