Abstract

Every citizen desperately needs education and is entitled to feel the education. Education will make human beings better, insightful, wise and know the meaning and responsibility in life. However, not all citizens get education. This is based on the latest data on education shows as many as 164,874 people or 60.45% of fishermen in Padang City is only educated elementary school. In addition to his parents' low education and the busyness of his parents who go to sea, make the spirit to go to school children of fishermen is very low. The children of fishermen are the generation of hope of family, society and nation. If not get coaching will suffer the same fate with their father. Giving motivation to the children of the fishermen to the importance of one way education to free the fishermen's children from their wrong view. With education will change the way of thinking and acting in achieving a prosperous life. Therefore, training is needed in the form of encouragement and motivation in the children of the fishermen will be the importance of education in the form of training AMT (Achievement Motivation Training) Solution Enhance the Spirit of Children's School Fisherman Village of Teluk Kabung Utara District Bungus Teluk Kabung Padang City. This activity is expected to change the view and motivate the children of the fisherman especially about the importance of school for a good future. Thus they are expected to continue their education to the highest level. Provision for those dealing with environmental influences that school view is not the best way to live a prosperous life.
