The Effect of Media Play Plasticine and Lego on Fine Motor Skills

One of the education stimulations is to help growth and development for kids especially development fine motor skills. The purpose of this research is to reveal the effect of playing palsticine and lego on fine motor skills for student at PAUD Farilla Ilmi. This research using quasi-experimental research with design Two Group Pre-Posttest Equivalent Without Control Group. Population in this research is PAUD Farilla Ilmi Students. Sampling method is Purposive sampling with total sample is 10 students. Instrument in this research is fine motor skill test. Data analysis techniques is Independent Sample T test. The result is: (1) The highest pretest score on plasticine group is 21 and the lowest score is 17, the highest posttest score is 37 and the lowest score is 29. With average score pretest is 18,80 and posttest is 33,60; (2) The highest pretest score on lego group is 21 and the lowest score is 16, the highest posttest score is 32 and the lowest score is 27. With average score pretest is 18 and posttest is 28,60; (3) The conclusions are plasticine is more effective than lego because the different average posttest score is 5.
