Abstract

The development of technology and information very rapidly, spurring growth and increasing mobility of the population, resulting in an increase in the number of vehicles crossing the highway. The road is a staple in people's daily activities to facilitate, accelerate and support all efforts for the welfare of society, such as the state of the city of Padang at the moment. Padang city prone to earthquakes and tsunamis, so in need of increased transportation facilities and infrastructure ie roads as one of the evacuation routes such as roads Alay - By Pass. During the implementation of industry practices in the field of Capacity Building Project Alay Street - By Pass (evacuation routes) the city of Padang, the authors found many interesting findings, one of the interesting findings of the author pick up as a case study at the end of the project entitled Analysis of Percentage of Aggregate Gradation AC-WC Mixed Methods in Paved with Rothluchs. Discussion of using tables and calculation of the percentage of sieve analysis of aggregate mixture using a method Rothluch charts. From the analysis using a graphical method Rothluch type A and type B does not meet specifications, so to get a percentage of the aggregate mixture used method of trial and error. Assumed screen and filler to the stone dust from 3% - 12% and taking the average value of each assumption and compare with the average middle specification. Obtained assuming 7% of the screen and the filler into the stone dust with an average value of 53.02, while the average value of 53.06 was the specification. Obtained a mixture of aggregate percentage of screen 9%, medium 41%, stone dust 40% and filler 10%
