Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Price Fairness dan Store Atmosphere terhadap Repurchase Intention Konsumen V-Coffe dengan Customer Satisfaction sebagai variabel mediasi. Populasi penelitian ini adalah konsumen V- Coffee di kota Padang. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 145 responden. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner secara online melalui google form dan pengolahan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan software SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) Price Fairness berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Customer Satisfaction, (2) Price Fairness berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Customer Satisfaction, (3) Store Atmosphere berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Customer Satisfaction, (4 ) Price Fairness berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Repurchase Intention, (5) Store Atmosphere tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Repurchase Intention, (6) Store Atmosphere berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Repurchase Intention yang dimediasi oleh Customer Satisfaction, (7) Price Fairness berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Repurchase Intention yang dimediasi oleh Customer Satisfaction
