Hal ini diduga Dipengaruhi oleh Kurangnya minat kebugaran jasmani Siswa Putri Kelas XI Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Negeri 1 Koto Baru. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kebugaran jasmani siswa kelas XI Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Negeri 1 Koto Baru Kabupaten Dharmasraya. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan teknik Propotional Sampling 20%. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Siswa Putri Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Negeri 1 Koto Baru Kabupaten Dharmasraya Sebanyak 128 orang, diperoleh sampel sebanyak 26 siswa putri, Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada tanggal 10-14 April 2025. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian Kebugaran jasmani dengan menggunakan pengukuran koordiasi mata tangan menggunakan tes hand eye coordination, waktu reaksi menggunakan hand touch reaction test, kelincahan menggunakan t-test, daya ledak otot tungkai menggunakan vertical jump, daya tahan otot lengan dan bahu menggunakan dipping test, daya tahan kardiorespirasi menggunakan bleep test/beep test. Teknik analisa data dengan menggunakan statistik deskriptif kuantitatif Hasil penelitian; ”Secara keseluruhan rata-rata Tingkat kebugaran jasmani siswa putri kelas XI Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Negeri 1 Koto Baru Kabupaten Dharmasraya dikategorikan kurang.</dc:description>
