Repository Universitas Negeri PadangAnalisis Penerimaan Platform Ruang GTK Menggunakan Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) pada Guru dan Tenaga Kependidikan di Kota PadangRindang EmbunSuriauthorPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerimaan platform Ruang Guru dan Tenaga Kependidikan (Ruang GTK) di kalangan guru dan tenaga kependidikan berstatus Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) di Kota Padang menggunakan kerangka Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). Variabel yang dikaji meliputi Perceived Ease of Use (PEOU), Perceived Usefulness (PU), Attitude Toward Using (ATU), Behavioral Intention to Use (BI), dan Actual System Use (AU). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian eksplanatori dan analisis data berbasis Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Squares (SEMPLS) menggunakan SmartPLS versi 4.1.1.8. Penentuan ukuran sampel mengacu pada rasio 10:1 yang direkomendasikan Hair et al. (2019), yaitu 10 responden per indikator, sehingga dari total 22 indikator diperoleh target sampel sebanyak 220 responden yang dikumpulkan melalui purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa seluruh lima hipotesis terbukti signifikan: (1) PEOU berpengaruh positif terhadap PU (β = 0,775; p = 0,000); (2) PU berpengaruh positif terhadap ATU (β = 0,786; p = 0,000); (3) ATU berpengaruh positif terhadap BI (β = 0,592; p = 0,000); (4) BI berpengaruh positif terhadap AU (β = 0,709; p = 0,000); dan (5) PEOU berpengaruh positif terhadap BI (β = 0,258; p = 0,000). Uji model fit menunjukkan nilai SRMR sebesar 0,082 (< 0,10) dan GoF sebesar 0,662 (kategori kuat), yang mengindikasikan kecocokan model yang baik. Secara keseluruhan, 90% responden menyatakan menerima platform Ruang GTK.
