Repository Universitas Negeri PadangPengaruh Career Calling terhadap Learning Engagement yang di Mediasi oleh Career Adaptability pada Mahasiswa Akhir Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Negeri PadangZakiAndiniauthorPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh career calling terhadap learning engagement yang dimediasi oleh career adaptability pada mahasiswa akhir Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Negeri Padang. Permasalahan yang diangkat adalah rendahnya keterlibatan belajar (learning engagement) mahasiswa, kurang optimalnya career calling, serta belum maksimalnyacareer adaptability mahasiswa dalam menghadapi tantangan akademik maupun persiapan karier. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei dan teknik analisis Partial Least Square (PLS 4). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Career calling berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap learning engagement. (2) Career calling juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap career adaptability. (3) Career adaptability berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap learning engagement. (4) Career calling terhadap learning engagement melalui career adaptability juga menunjukkan pengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa peran career adaptability sebagai variabel mediasi belum mampu memperkuat hubungan career calling dengan learning engagement. Kesimpulannya, peningkatan learning engagement mahasiswa lebih dipengaruhi secara langsung oleh career calling dibandingkan melalui mediasi career adaptability. Implikasi penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya penguatan career calling melalui bimbingan karier, dukungan akademik, dan pengembangan diri agar mahasiswa memiliki arah tujuan karier yang jelas serta lebih terlibat aktif dalam proses pembelajaran.HD28 Management.
