Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh metode circuit traiining terhadap peningkatan ketepatan service atas bolavoli pada siwa ektrakurikuler. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan eksperimen semu (quasi exsperiment) dengan rancangan one group pretest-posttest design. Sampel penelitian adalah siswa yang aktif mengikuti kegiatan ektrakurikuler bolavoli di SMA Negeri 8 Kota Padang. Penelitian di lakukan melalui tiga tahap, yaitu: (1) tes awal (pretest), (2) pemberian perlakuan metode circuit training selama beberapa kali pertemuan secara terstuktur dan (3) tes akhir (posttest). Berdasarkan hasil uji-t di peroleh nilai t-hitung = 56.39 > t-tabel = 1.73 dan nilai signifikansi p = 0.01 < 0.05 yang menunjukkan adanya perbedaan yang signifikan antara hasil pretest dan posttest. Dapat di simpulkan bahwa metode circuit training. Nilai rata-rata pretest sebesai 21.33 meningkat menjadi 32.47 pada posttest, sehingga terjadi peningkatan sebesar 11.14 dengan demikian dapat di simpulkan bahwa metode circuit training berpengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan ketepatan service atas bolavoli pada ektrakurikuler siswa SMA Negeri 8 Kota Padang.S Sport2026Universitas Negeri Padang;Kepelatihan Olahraga FIK UNPThesis
