Semen PadangTaufik WirmanHidayaauthorPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh perceived organizational support terhadap subjective career success dengan career adaptability sebagai variabel mediasi pada karyawan Departemen Keuangan dan Departemen Sumber Daya Manusia PT Semen Padang. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasari oleh pentingnya dukungan organisasi dalam membentuk subjective career success karyawan, serta peran kemampuan career adaptability sebagai faktor yang dapat memperkuat hubungan tersebut. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan Partial Least Square–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) berdasarkan grand theory Career Construction Theory (CCT) yang menjelaskan pentingnya kemampuan individu dalam beradaptasi terhadap tuntutan karier.. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah sembilan karyawan yang diperoleh dengan teknik total sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner dengan indikator variabel perceived organizational support, career adaptability, dan subjective career success yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perceived organizational support berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap subjective career success. Selain itu, perceived organizational support juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap career adaptability, dan career adaptability berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap subjective career success.
