Repository Universitas Negeri PadangAnalisis Efisiensi Bank Umum Konvensional di IndonesiaTania DaraYewisaauthorPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat efisiensi bank umum konvensional di Indonesia berdasarkan klasifikasi aset selama periode 2019–2023. Metode yang digunakan adalah Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) dengan pendekatan Constant Returns to Scale (CRS). Sampel terdiri dari 29 bank yang terbagi menjadi dua kelompok, yaitu 20 bank aset besar dan 9 bank aset menengah. Variabel input meliputi aset tetap, ekuitas, dan beban operasional; sementara output-nya adalah laba bersih. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata efisiensi bank besar lebih tinggi dibandingkan bank menengah. Pada tahun 2023, rata-rata efisiensi bank besar mencapai 0,7012, sedangkan bank menengah hanya 0,2917. Skor efisiensi minimum bank besar dan menengah masing-masing sebesar 0,0475 dan 0,0352. Persentase bank besar yang mencapai efisiensi optimal (DEA = 1) berkisar antara 5% hingga 35%, sedangkan bank menengah hanya 5% hingga 22,2%. Bank BCA dan OCBC NISP secara konsisten efisien, menjadi acuan bagi bank lain. Perbedaan efisiensi dipengaruhi oleh skala usaha, adopsi teknologi, dan pengelolaan biaya.
