(3) pengaruh entrepreneur orientation terhadap entrepreneur intention GEN Z yang berwirausaha di Kota Padang dengan openness to experience sebagai variabel moderasi Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantiatif, jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini adalah 130 responden dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling metode analisis data menggunakan analisis SEM menggunakan aplikasi Smart PLS 4. Hasil Penelitian adalah (1) terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara openness to experience terhadap entrepreneur intention GEN Z yang berwirausaha di Kota Padang. (2) terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara entrepreneur orientation terhadap entrepreneur intention GEN Z yang berwirausaha di Kota Padang. (3) terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara entrepreneur orientation terhadap entrepreneur intention GEN Z yang berwirausaha di Kota Padang dengan openness to experience sebagai variabel moderasi</dc:description>
