Pemerintah berperan penting dalam mempercepat pertumbuhan ekonomi melalui berbagai kebijakan fiskal. Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh efisiensi, efektivitas, kemandirian pengelolaan keuangan daerah, dan pertumbuhan pendapatan daerah terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi kabupaten/kota di Sumatera Barat pada era desentralisasi fiskal. Data sekunder periode 2018-2022 dari Badan Pusat Statistik Provinsi Sumatera Barat dan kementerian ekonomi digunakan. Metode analisis data panel dengan pemilihan model terbaik melalui Uji Chow dan Uji Hausman diterapkan. Uji asumsi klasik seperti multikolinearitas dan heteroskedastisitas juga dilakukan untuk validitas model. Hasil menunjukkan efektivitas pengelolaan keuangan daerah berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi, efisiensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan, kemandirian berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan, serta percepatan pertumbuhan pendapatan daerah berpengaruh positif dan signifikan. Secara simultan, variabel tersebut berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di Sumatera Barat.
