NabilAkmalauthorPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh e-service quality, etrust, dan e-satisfaction terhadap repurchase intention pelanggan marketplace Tokopedia di Kota Padang, serta mengkaji peran prior online experience sebagai variabel moderasi dalam hubungan tersebut. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan pengujian hipotesis untuk menguji hubungan kausal antara variabel independen dan dependen. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, ditemukan bahwa e-service quality dan e-satisfaction berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap repurchase intention, sementara e-trust tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap repurchase intention. Terkait peran prior online experience sebagai variabel moderasi, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengalaman belanja online sebelumnya mampu memoderasi (memperkuat) hubungan antara e-service quality dengan repurchase intention serta hubungan antara e-satisfaction dengan repurchase intention. Namun, prior online experience tidak berhasil memoderasi hubungan antara etrust dengan repurchase intention. Berdasarkan hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kualitas layanan elektronik dan kepuasan pelanggan yang didukung oleh pengalaman positif sebelumnya merupakan faktor kunci yang mendorong niat pembelian ulang pada marketplace Tokopedia, sementara kepercayaan konsumen relatif tidak memengaruhi niat pembelian ulang pada konteks penelitian ini.HF Commerce2025-10-18Universitas Negeri Padang;Manajemen FEB UNPThesis
