Pengetahuan kewirausahaan menjadi salah satu aspek penting yang dapat menumbuhkan jiwa wirausaha. Disamping itu, efikasi diri juga berperan dalam menumbuhkan keyakinan individu terhadap kemampuannya dalam berwirausaha. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengetahuan kewirausahaan dan efikasi diri terhadap minat berwirausaha mahasiswa PKK konsentrasi Tata Busana Universitas Negeri Padang. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik Probabiliti sampling dengan metode simple random sampling dengan 77 jumlah responsen. Berdasarkan penelitian, diperoleh hasil analisis yang menyatakan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara pengetahuan kewirausahaan dan efikasi diri terhadap minat berwirausaha mahasiswa PKK konsentrasi tata busana UNP baik secara parsial maupun secara seimultan. Hasil uji T pengetahuan kewirausahaan T hitung (2,025 > 1,991) dan signifikansi 0,046 < 0,05. Hasil uji T efikasi diri T hitung (8,223 > 1,991) dan signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05.
