        <dc:description>Pemilihan harga penawaran perusahaan sangat bergantung pada tujuan untuk memaksimalkan keuntungan. Kontraktor menghadapi tantangan dalam menetapkan harga penawaran yang tepat. Harga terlalu tinggi menurunkan peluang memenangkan tender, sementara harga terlalu rendah bisa mengurangi keuntungan atau menyebabkan kerugian. Kontraktor harus mampu menyeimbangkan antara keinginan untuk meraih keuntungan optimal dan probabilitas meraih kemenangan dalam tender. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data tender proyek konstruksi jalan yang sudah selesai dari tahun 2022 – 2024 di LPSE Kota Padang dengan menggunakan pendekatan statistik, yaitu multi distribusi discrete, multi distribusi normal¸dan single distribusi normal. Model strategi penawaran harga yang digunakan yaitu model Ackoff &amp; Sasieni, Friedman, dan Gates. Dengan menggunakan Model Friedman menghasilkan mark up optimum sebesar -12%, -4%, dan 4% untuk masing-masing pendekatan statistik. Dengan menggunakan Model Ackoff &amp; Sasieni menghasilkan mark up optimum sebesar -2%, 2%, dan 5% untuk masing-masing pendekatan statistik. Dengan menggunakan model Gates menghasilkan mark up optimum sebesar 2%, -3%, dan 10% untuk masing-masing pendekatan statistik. Strategi pemilihan harga penawaran terbaik untuk memenangkan tender adalah model yang menghasilkan mark up optimum terendah, yaitu Model Friedman dengan multi distribusi discrete atau multi distribusi normal.</dc:description>
