        <dc:description>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kemampuan, peluang karir, keamanan dan stabilitas kerja, sikap, reference group, dan kontrol perilaku persepsian terhadap niat mahasiswa akuntansi generasi Z untuk mengikuti Ujian Certified Public Accountant (CPA). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner Google Form dan melibatkan 248 mahasiswa S1 Akuntansi Universitas Andalas, Universitas Negeri Padang, Universitas Putra Indonesia “YPTK” Padang, Universitas Bung Hatta, Universitas Muhammadiyah Sumatera Barat, Universitas Dharma Andalas, dan Universitas Ekasakti yang dipilih melalui random sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sikap berpengaruh positif terhadap niat mengikuti Ujian CPA. Sedangkan reference group dan kontrol perilaku tidak berpengaruh signifikan. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa niat mahasiswa akuntansi generasi Z untuk mengikuti Ujian CPA lebih didorong oleh evaluasi dan penilaian pribadi terhadap manfaat serta nilai penting sertifikasi CPA, daripada pengaruh lingkungan sosial maupun keyakinan mengenai kemudahan atau kemampuan dalam mengakses dan menyelesaikan ujian tersebut</dc:description>
