Penelitian ini menggunakan data keuangan Situ Koffie dibulan Januari 2025. Bentuk penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif, serta wawancara dengan pemilik usaha. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode content analysis dan gap analysis.
