Repository Universitas Negeri PadangPengaruh Corporate Social Responsibility terhadap Nilai Perusahaan dengan Good Corporate Governance sebagai Pemoderasi: Studi Empiris Sektor Basic Material yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Tahun 2018-2022IlmiOlviandaauthorPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh corporate social responsibility terhadap nilai perusahaan dengan good corporate governance sebagai variabel moderasi. Penelitian ini termasuk ke dalam jenis penelitian dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi mencakup perusahaan basic material yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2018-2022. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling, terdapat 38 perusahaan mulai dari tahun 2018 sampai dengan tahun 2022 yang menjadi sampel penelitian ini. Variabel Nilai Perusahaan sebagai variabel dependen diukur dengan tobins q. Corporate social responsibility sebagai salah satu variabel independen, diukur dengan content analysis atau dummy dengan cara pembobotan. Jika item indikator diungkapkan, maka diberi angka 1, namun jika item indikator tidak diungkapkan akan diberi angka 0. Hipotesis diuji menggunakan analisis regresi moderasi dengan SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Corporate social responsibility berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan dan Good Corporate Governance tidak dapat memperkuat hubungan Corporate social responsibility terhadap Nilai Perusahaan.
