Manfaat penelit ian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan nilai ekonomi dari jamur tiram dan membuat inovasi pada mie basah dari jamur tiram. Jenis penelit ian dalam proyek akhir ini adalah eksperimen dengan melaksanakan 3 kali pengulangan pada percobaan penambahan jamur tiram pada pembuatan mie basah. Hasil uji sensori dengan 3 kali ulangan mendeskripsikan kualitas warna mie basah jamur tiram adalah putih kekuningan, kualitas aroma mie basah jamur tiram adalah beraroma harum, kualitas tekstur mie basah jamur tiram adalah bertekstur kurang kenyal, kualitas rasa mie basah jamur tiram adalah gurih.
