Repository Universitas Negeri Padanginjauan Menu di Liki Coffe And Tea House Solok SelatanIvoni Dwi EndangSaputriauthorPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan mendeskripsikan menu yang tersedia di Liki Coffee and Tea House, Solok Selatan. Kafe ini merupakan salah satu aset PT Mitra Kerinci yang berdiri sejak tahun 2019 dan dikenal dengan konsep bangunan kontainer modern di tengah hamparan kebun teh. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif melalui observasi, dokumentasi, dan wawancara dengan pihak pengelola. Hasil peninjauan menunjukkan bahwa Liki Coffee and Tea House menyajikan beragam menu, mulai dari makanan ringan, makanan berat, hingga minuman berbasis kopi dan teh. Selain itu terdapat menu spesial harian yang hanya tersedia pada hari tertentu, serta beberapa menu best seller yang menjadi daya tarik utama, seperti ayam drakor, iga bakar, dendeng lado hijau, serta minuman jasmine lemongrass, purple lime green tea, coffee latte, dan aren latte.
