        <dc:description>Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh kecerdasan emosional, integritas dan independensi terhadap kualitas audit pada Kantor Akuntan Publik di Kota Padang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh auditor Kantor Akuntan Publik di Kota Padang sebanyak 60 orang. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data primer dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa kecerdasan emosional berpengaruh positif terhadap kualitas audit, sedangkan integritas dan independensi tidak berpengaruh terhadap kualitas audit. Saran untuk penelitian selanjutnya sebaiknya memperluas cakupan dan menambah jumlah sampel dalam penelitian dan, variabel pada penelitian selanjutnya sebaiknya ditambahkan dengan variabel lain.</dc:description>
