Repository Universitas Negeri PadangFaktor-Faktor yang mempengaruhi Produktivitas UMKM Songket di Kota SawahluntoAtiva WidiaSavitriauthorPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh variabel modal, upah, dan teknologi terhadap produktivitas Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) songket di Kota Sawahlunto, Provinsi Sumatera Barat. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan analisis data panel, yang diterapkan pada sampel sebanyak 32 UMKM songket di wilayah tersebut. Hasil penelitian ini memperlihatkan bahwa ketiga variabel yakni modal, upah, dan teknologi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap tingkat produktivitas UMKM songket dengan kontribusi sebesar 88,4%. Di antara ketiga variabel tersebut, teknologi muncul sebagai faktor paling dominan dengan koefisien sebesar 0,479, menunjukkan bahwa penerapan teknologi yang efektif sangat berperan dalam meningkatkan produktivitas produksi songket. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa peningkatan modal yang memadai, pengelolaan upah yang tepat, serta pemanfaatan teknologi dapat mendorong peningkatan hasil produksi UMKM songket yang lebih optimal dan berkelanjutan.
