(2) Pengaruh Tenaga Kerja terhadap Pengangguran Gender pada Negara Lower Middle Income di Asean. (3) Pengaruh Dependency Ratio terhadap Pengangguran Gender pada Negara Lower Middle Income di Asean. (4) Pengaruh Jumlah Penduduk Usia 15-64 Tahun, Tenaga Kerja, dan Dependency Ratio terhadap Pengangguran Gender pada Negara Lower Middle Income di Asean. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif dan asosiatif. Jenis data adalah data sekunder dari tahun 2000 sampai dengan tahun 2017. Penelitian ini menggunakan data panel yaitu menggunakan lima Negara Lower Middle Income di Asean dengan menggunakan Random Effect Model (REM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa; (1) Jumlah Penduduk Usia 15-64 Tahun berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Pengangguran Gender pada Negara Lower Middle Income di Asean (2) Tenaga Kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Pengangguran Gender pada Negara Lower Middle Income di Asean (3) Dependency Ratio berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Pengangguran Gender pada Negara Lower Middle Income di Asean.HB Economic Theory2019Universitas Negeri Padang;Ekonomi pembangunan FEB UNPThesis
