Kinerja perusahaan merupakan variabel dependen, sedangkan kepemilikan pemerintah dan struktur modal merupakan variabel independen. Variabel moderasi adalah firm size. Kinerja perusahaan diukur dengan rasio pengembalian aset. Struktur modal diukur dengan rasio utang terhadap ekuitas. Kepemilikan pemerintah diukur dengan pembagian saham pemerintah dengan total saham. Firm size diukur dengan total aset. Data yang digunakan adalah laporan tahunan dan laporan keuangan badan usaha milik negara di Indonesia yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2019-2023, dengan sampel sebanyak 20 perusahaan. Analisis data menggunakan purposive sampling dan regresi linier termoderasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemilikan pemerintah tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja perusahaan. Struktur modal berpengaruh negatif terhadap kinerja perusahaan. Firm size tidak memoderasi pengaruh kepemilikan pemerintah terhadap kinerja perusahaan.
