Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif melalui observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan studi pustaka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Admin Engineering berperan penting dalam pengelolaan work order, penyusunan jadwal preventive maintenance, pengarsipan dokumen, dan pelaporan sehingga operasional departemen berjalan lebih efektif. Kendala yang ditemukan meliputi keterlambatan pembaruan data dan sistem administrasi yang belum sepenuhnya digital.
