Repository Universitas Negeri PadangAnalisis Penerapan Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) pada Operasional Gym di Departemen Housekeeping The ZHM Premiere PadangMuthiaraElvizaauthorenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) pada operasional gym di Departemen Housekeeping The ZHM Premiere Padang, mengidentifikasi kendala yang dihadapi, serta memberikan rekomendasi perbaikan. Penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi selama pelaksanaan Pengalaman Lapangan Industri (PLI), kemudian dianalisis menggunakan teknik reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan SOP operasional gym telah berjalan sesuai prosedur, namun masih ditemukan beberapa kendala, seperti tamu yang tidak menggunakan sepatu olahraga, membawa makanan ke area gym, membawa anak di bawah usia 14 tahun, serta belum tersedianya sepatu olahraga cadangan bagi tamu. Kondisi tersebut memengaruhi kelancaran operasional dan berpotensi menimbulkan keluhan tamu. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan peningkatan sosialisasi mengenai tata tertib penggunaan gym, penyediaan fasilitas pendukung, serta evaluasi SOP secara berkala untuk meningkatkan efektivitas operasional dan kualitas pelayanan kepada tamu.Hoaspitality Management2026FPP UNPMonograph
