Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh fasilitas locker dan canteen terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan, mengidentifikasi kendala yang dihadapi, serta memberikan rekomendasi perbaikan di Aston Batam Hotel & Residences. Melalui pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik observasi, wawancara terhadap karyawan, dan dokumentasi selama periode Praktik Lapangan Industri (PLI) dari Februari hingga Agustus 2026, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa fasilitas locker dan canteen memiliki pengaruh cukup signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Kendala yang dihadapi meliputi keterbatasan kapasitas locker, kurangnya kebersihan, serta keterbatasan menu dan ruang canteen yang berdampak pada penurunan motivasi dan produktivitas kerja.
