        <dc:description>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa bagaimana pengaruh Upah , Investasi (PMA,PMDN, Penyertaan Modal Daerah) dan pengeluaran pemerintah terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja terididik Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder yang bersumber dari Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) Sumatera Barat dan Direktorat Jenderal Perimbangan Keuangan (DJPK) tahun 2018-2023 Penelitian ini menggunakan regresi panel, dengan data panel tahun 2018-2023 19 kab/ kota, yang terdiri dari gabungan cross section dan time series. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini adalah variabel upah, penyertaan modal daerah, dan pengeluaran pemerintah memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap variabel penyerapan tenaga kerja terdidik sedangkan variabel pma dan pmdn tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja terdidik.</dc:description>
