Model Teaching Factory diharapkan menumbuhkan kompetensi kewiraushaan melalui pembelajaran berbasis produksi nyata seperti di dunia industri. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui seberapa besar hubungan minat berwirausaha memengaruhi mata pelajaran produk kreratif dan kewirausahaan model teaching factory. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif korelasional dengan teknik total sampling, yaitu seluruh siswa kelas XII kuliner berjumlah 34 orang dijadikan sampel. Data dikumpulkan melalui angket tertutup berbasis skala Likert untuk mengukur variabel minat berwirausaha dan penerapan mata pelajaran PKK.Teknik analisis data meliputi uji validitas, reliabilitas, analisis deskriptif, uji normalitas, linearitas, dan korelasi Pearson Product Moment. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa minat berwirausaha siswa berada pada katgori tinggi dengan rata-rata skor 86,32 (SD = 8,72), dan penerapan mata pelajaran PKK juga pada kategori tinggi dengan rata-rata skor 83,21 (SD = 10,77). Analisis korelasi Pearson Product Moment memperlihatkan adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara minat berwirausaha dan mata pelajaran PKK dengan model teaching factory pada siswa kelas XII kuliner.
