Dengan menggunakan menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pengujian hipotesis pada tingkat signifikansi 5%, hasil menunjukkan bahwa pemasaran media sosial berpengaruh positif terhadap loyalitas merek, yang diperkuat oleh kepercayaan konsumen. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan pentingnya memantau efektivitas konten media sosial dengan menggunakan metrik digital, dan mengundang penelitian lebih lanjut untuk mengeksplorasi faktor-faktor lain yang mempengaruhi loyalitas merek.
