Repository Universitas Negeri PadangEfektivitas Inventory Linen dan Guest Amenities terhadap Divisi Housekeeping di Fave Hotel Nagoya BatamSuci PutriSianaauthorStudi kasus ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas pengelolaan persediaan linen dan guest amenities terhadap operasional Housekeeping Department di favehotel Nagoya Batam, mengidentifikasi kendala utama saat tingkat hunian tinggi, serta merumuskan rekomendasi perbaikannya. Penelitian kualitatif deskriptif ini menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi langsung selama Praktik Lapangan Industri periode 22 Januari hingga 21 Juli 2026, wawancara bersama Executive Housekeeper dan penyelia, serta studi dokumentasi laporan operasional. Hasil studi menunjukkan bahwa operasional tata graha telah berjalan sesuai standar operasional prosedur, namun efektivitasnya terhambat oleh keterlambatan pasokan linen bersih dari vendor eksternal akibat minimnya persediaan par stock internal, tingginya beban kerja staf saat masa puncak hunian, serta jeda pembaruan status kamar pada sistem Komputer. Sebagai upaya perbaikan, manajemen disarankan untuk menambah jumlah par stock linen, memperketat kesepakatan layanan dengan vendor, menugaskan pekerja harian secara fleksibel untuk mendukung beban kerja staf, serta mengoptimalkan sistem pelaporan kamar berbasis aplikasi gawai guna efisiensi layanan.Hoaspitality Management2026FPP UNPMonograph
