Repository Universitas Negeri PadangAnalisis Reputasi Organisasi Penegak Hukum Indonesia di Media Sosial Twitter (X)Indira RestuValentinaauthorStudi ini memetakan reputasi institusi (Polri, Kejaksaan, Kehakiman, Advokat, Lapas) di Twitter(X) dengan kurun waktu 1 Januari 2025–31 Maret 2025 serta menerapkan klasifikasi single-label dan multi-label pada empat dimensi reputasi (performatif, moral, prosedural, teknis) menggunakan Gradient Boosted Trees. Teknik pengolahan data penelitian meliputi crawling, filtering (noise reduction, feature selection, data reduction, imputation), preprocessing (lowercase, cleaning, tokenizing, stopword removal, stemming, normalizing), evaluasi berbasis confusion matrix, dan interpretasi deskriptif. Dari hasil pengambilan data secara keseluruhan didapatkan 92.095 data tweet mentah dan dilakukan filtering data dan preprocessing dan menghasilkan sebanyak 85.902 data secara keseluruhan. Dari hasil tersebut didapati tingkat reputasi dari institusi penegak hukum sebagai berikut: 1) Polri: reputasi performatif (55,2%), reputasi prosedural (22%), reputasi moral (20,5%) dan reputasi teknik (2,3%). 2) kejaksaan: reputasi performatif (43,5%) reputasi moral (33,2%), reputasi prosedural (21,4%) dan reputasi teknik (1,8%). 3) Hakim: reputasi moral (67,7%) reputasi performatif (17,4%), reputasi prosedural (13%) reputasi teknik (1,8%). 4) Advokat: reputasi moral (51%), reputasi prosedural (21%), reputasi performatif (14,5%) dan reputasi teknik (11,2%). 5) Lapas: reputasi performatif (51%), reputasi prosedural (18,8%), reputasi teknik (15,1%) dan reputasi moral (15,1%).Penelitian ini memiliki implikasi yang signifikan terhadap administrasi publik, terutama dalam pengukuran reputasi organisasi public berdasatkan 4 variable oleh Carpenter & Krause (2012) yaitu reputasi performatif, reputasi moral, reputasi prosedural dan reputasi teknik.H Social Sciences (General)2025-11-24Universitas Negeri Padang;Ilmu Administrasi Negara FIS UNPThesis
