Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif, dengan memperoleh data langsung melalui penyebaran kuisioner. Data yang diperoleh sebanyak 110 orang responden pada nasabah Bank Negara Indonesia Cabang Air Tawar Padang. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: Kualitas pelayanan pada dimensi keandalan, jaminan, dan bukti fisik sudah baik.
