Populasi penelitian ini adalah pengguna Produk Skintific di Kota Padang. Penelitian ini melibatkan 110 responden sebagai sampel. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuesioner online, dan data diolah menggunakan software SmartPLS.
